Step 5: Encourage each other!Don't exist in a vacuum. Talk to other #bglsr folks, interact with your sponsors, motivate your participants. Stay connected all day, every day. The #bglsr team is here for you - 365 days a year!
Step 6: Check in every monthDon't just signup with the tracker and then forget about it. Check in every month to record progress in weight loss and fitness levels. That's how we keep a track of how many #bglsr folks are making charities happy every year.
